We guarantee the animals to be healthy, correctly sexed, accurately represented, and feeding. All snakes are captive born and produced by Area 51 Exotics unless otherwise noted.

We are a verfied shipper through Delta Airlines & FedEx.

Airline shipments through Delta Dash/Delta Priority are guaranteed live arrival. Animals should be picked up within 1 hours of landing. Please inspect your package/animals at the airport, NOT when you get home. Approximate cost for shipping and insurance is $70.

FedEx shipments are guaranteed live arrival under the following circumstances:

• Package must be directly signed for by the recipient at the time of the first delivery attempt! 
• Package may be shipped "Hold At Location" to a FedEx hub if this is available to you. Package MUST be picked up within one hour of being ready for pickup.
• We pride ourselves on our communication with our customers and confirm with them the scheduled arrival date and time prior to the shipment. SO YOU KNOW IT IS COMING AND BE READY FOR IT!!!
• Area 51 Exotics will not be held liable for interuptions in FedEx's service, mistakes by FedEx, any "Acts of God" or mistakes that you may make in being prepared for the arrival of you animals.

Please notify us within 1 hour of arrival if there has been a problem with your shipment. We DO NOT give cash refunds but will issue credit towards replacement animals.

• We are licensed by USFW and can ship anywhere in the world.
• $2500.00 minimum on all International orders.
• CITES fees are $300 per shipment.
• Animals must be picked up at the airport immediately!
• Packages should be opened immediately at the cargo counter and all animals should be inspected. 
• If there are any noticeable problems  with the animals or the package, a claim should be filed immediately with the airline prior to leaving the airport!

Payment is expected in full prior to shipping. We accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, bank wire transfers, and most major credit cards thru Paypal. When paying with money orders, cashiers checks & personal checks we require them to clear into our bank account before your animal will ship.
